Absolutely the best photo editing app in the store is Photogene2. Both for iPhone and iPad. I suppose iPod too. Just about every tool you can think of and many options to share photos including tumblr.

ProCreate and Jot Pressure Sensitive Stylus.
ProCreate is a pretty amazing professional drawing program for iPad. It $4.99 in the App Store. All I can say is wow! It is designed to be compatible with the Jot Pressure Sensitive Stylus via Bluetooth! Recommend!
I haven’t used the Jot PSS yet as it’s $99. I hope to buy it and try it soon. If you have it let me know how you like it. I ordered the Jot Mini so I’ll let you know how I like it!
